What does "Prefabricated House" refer to?

A prefabricated house is a premium type of home with a contemporary design and maximum comfort, offering energy efficiency and durability. Another advantage is factory production with controlled processes that ensure perfect quality and compliance with technical requirements, and above all, the possibility of rapid installation on the plot, taking a maximum of just a few days. This standardized process allows for competitive pricing while still providing room for customization. The houses are assembled on a concrete foundation, support points, or both.

What materials are they made of?

The houses are built with 75mm thick sandwich panels and feature a double-layered 18mm polyurethane interior finish. This design guarantees energy efficiency, thermal and acoustic insulation, and maximum durability. The exterior incorporates a metal sheet with a wood-look finish, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and giving it a warm and distinctive touch.

The front door has an aluminum frame, and the windows are double-glazed, ensuring thermal and acoustic insulation. Options are available for flooring, exterior wall design, kitchen, and bathroom to meet each client's needs and preferences.

What do the houses include?

The houses are practically ready to move into, with complete installation of electricity, water and drainage, kitchen with bench, sink, modules and water installation, and a fully equipped bathroom.
